The presentation time will be 12 minutes.
*The presentation will be 10 minutes and the Q&A session will be 2 minutes.

Please be careful with the format of the file name.

About Presentation ID

Your presentation ID is "the session number and the presentation order."
For example, if you present at the session 1A and 1st presenter, then your presentation ID is "1A01".
(Another example, If you are a presenter at session 4B and the 2nd presenter, then your presentation ID is "4B02")
*In ASPIRE Session 1B, the professors will give a greeting at the beginning, so the ID of the first presenter will be “1B02”.



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

(1) Please let me know the aspect ratio of the projector at the venue.
The preferred aspect ratio is 16:9.
4:3 is also available. However, if 4:3 is selected, the displayed screen will be slightly smaller than 16:9.

(2) I have already submitted my PPT file. Can I update my file and resubmit it?
Yes, it is possible to resubmit the updated PPT file.
Please submit the updated PPT file in the same manner as the initial submission.

(3) I have completed the PPT submission but have not received the completion notice.
For system reasons, you will not receive an email notification of completion when your submission is complete, but rest assured that your upload is successful.

(4) What is the "Presentation ID"?
Presentation ID is assigned for each presentation, it will be issued after the registration period.
